I am excited to be offering this highly successful workshop once again for yoga teachers aimed at promoting inclusivity and diversity within the yoga community. This workshop will empower yoga teachers to create a supportive environment for individuals with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), ensuring they can fully enjoy the benefits of yoga practice.
As someone with a personal ADHD diagnosis, I bring firsthand experience to this workshop, sharing authentic insights alongside professional expertise. Yoga can provide so many benefits for those with ADHD, and my workshop will equip yoga teachers with the knowledge and skills necessary to make their classes accessible to all.

  • Understanding ADHD: Learn about ADHD, its symptoms, challenges, and strengths to foster empathy and awareness, drawing on my personal experiences living with ADHD
