An energising yet gentle Hatha yoga class. Blending flowing postures, mindful breathing, meditation and deep relaxation. Perfect for beginners through to experienced practitioners, with modifications offered where and when needed. Build strength, flexibility and inner calm in a welcoming environment.

A class that takes time to explore different styles to support your wellbeing, with a blend of hatha, flow, yin and restorative yoga. Each term there is a focus on topics such as posture analysis, strength building, yogic philosophy and pranayama (breathing techniques). All abilities welcome, with modifications offered to suit all.
