We know we have three basic human needs to support our body, mental health, and spirit: Movement, Being outside, and Connection

Woodland Yoga is a soothing practice to relax and replenish. It's a space to let go of the stresses of daily life, helping you to find clarity and notice the simple pleasure of yoga and time outside.

Step away from your screen and feel the earth's grounding energy and the trees' peacefulness. Give yourself this space to breathe and be!

Be Part of a Community: Each Session brings together like-minded people looking for a sense of balance and connection. After the Session, there will be time for tea and cake to chat and share with like-minded people. 


Townsend Wood is a 21 acre private woodland that is part of the Found Outdoors green space.

The wood is part of our larger rewilding and outdoor education project. We are working with a number of local organisations, charities and individuals to improve biodiversity and animal habitats across the entire site.

Alongside this we host educational, mental health and arts focused events for small groups. Finally, Townsend Woods is home to two forest schools - Wild Hearts run by Hannah Leibrick, and the Holy Trinity Primary School space.
