Midlife isn't about melting into the background.

I've done and continue to do the self-development work on myself. One of my most significant achievements is accepting that what happened in the past wasn't my fault but made me who I am today. My story is my story. We've all got one, but how you let it run your life is key to moving forward.

It's not a sign of weakness when women come to me for help - it's a sign of courage and strength.

I use various techniques to awaken your soul to live your best midlife.
If you're feeling out of alignment, wobbly, lost, lacking direction and want to discover ways to transform your overwhelming mind, reconnect to your inner spark, to change your stagnant routines!

I am here to support you in your midlife by helping you to respect yourself, acknowledge where you are, put yourself back in control and grow through what you go through!

Midlife Empowerment Coaching

supporting you in your midlife by helping you to respect yourself, acknowledge where you are, put yourself back in control and grow through what you go through!

There has to be a better way

Helping you to navigate those days when you feel down, flat and unable to move forward. When you know you are resilient, strong and full of wisdom. Sometimes midlife can take you from that confident woman to feeling lost and not knowing your purpose anymore. And everywhere you look, the media is screaming 'midlife crisis' at you, scaring you about your looks, weight, health and values.

But it doesn't have to be like that! It shouldn't need to be a difficult time navigating your way from who you were to this new person. These changes can open up new doors and opportunities to go back to things you didn't have time for when you were younger! All you need is a little help and guidance to get you set on the right path for you. I have a basket (I'm not too fond of the words tool kit) full of ideas, challenges, and questions to help get you on the right track. To help you thrive and not just survive.

You see, you are not broken - I cannot fix you. But, I can help you discover yourself again and change your life.
The more you heal, the more peace you find in your life.

I have been surprised by how my life has changed during this phase. I am surprised how much people don't know or can even begin to understand these changes. Even female friends who are not experiencing symptoms or younger friends who think they know what it is like. But the truth is that you don't know what it is like until it is happening to you. I have experienced these feelings, a lack of self-worth, loss of confidence, & loneliness. But, after much research, self-development and recalibration, I have found a way and continue to see how much more fulfilling midlife can be.

My role as a mentor is to challenge and empower you to a greater, more fulfilling life and to explore the opportunities open to you at this time of your life.

If you feel you would benefit from a chat with me about what's holding you back to look at growth opportunities help dig deep to see where those limiting beliefs are get honest about the future reconnect to the real you from within  AND give you a sense of purpose once again!

Tapping to eliminate fear, anxiety and to grow confidence.

Tapping - Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)

Put EXTREMELY simply: EFT is akin to acupuncture, but without the needles.
It’s often known as Tapping and has its roots in ancient Eastern medicine practices, with a Western twist.
It works on the flow of energy around the body by tapping with fingers on acupressure points whilst saying specific affirmations.
By doing these things together you engage both the body’s energy system and the brain’s limbic system (a complex system of nerves and networks in the brain, controlling basic emotions, drives and long term memory), which encourages a sense of resolution, peace and safety.

The treatment is performed online
Session takes 15/20 mins
Costs: £20.00

You need yoga more than those super flexible people! All yoga is personal, just because your neighbour can touch their feet, does not mean you are not doing it right. We are all different. Some people are born with long ligaments, some are less flexible than others due to past injuries, habitual behaviours, or genetic make-up! Enjoy the session, be yourself, remember it’s not a competition.

I’m not overly flexible, is that going to be ok?

Bring a yoga mat (not a camping, or exercise mat), a blanket to keep warm during relaxation and water, if you think you will need it. Yoga is performed barefoot or yoga sox, so there is no need to go out and buy new trainers, or foot wear.

If this is your first session, please don’t feel you have go out and buy new equipment, I carry plenty of spare equipment every week, you can borrow these until you feel ready to commit.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING to my yoga sessions?

A soul coach is all about looking inwardly and connecting to your soul to make positive and lasting changes to your life and helping you to hear the secret messages from your soul.

what exactly is a soul coach? i've never heard of it before?

Try no to eat for an hour and a half before you attend the class. If you must, then ensure it is a light snack.

can i eat before i attend a yoga session?

It is always best to contact me for a chat before you walk into a class. You can also get a free 7 day trail to ‘try’ before you buy.

I’ve never been to yoga, can I join the class at any stage?

Loose clothing, tracksuit trousers, and leggings are good. Try not to wear anything with buckles, zips, buttons or belts? Please ensure you have some warm clothes for the end of the session, so you are warm enough for relaxation.

I have really enjoyed doing Kim’s classes online. The library of sessions allows me to fit this in with my family and my schedule. It has been great to have a familiar voice to follow which has certainly helped motivate me to keep going.

There are lots of reasons Why you can’t find the time for yourself and it is much harder to find the space to practice at home. But if you make that commitment, you will do it, and you will feel all the better for making the time for yourself.
